Notes: Signing up for a meet may require additional expenses such as meet entry fees, event entry fees, travel expenses, etc. These swim meets are only open to CYAC swimmers.

Hint -- Work on one swimmer at a time. To make multiple entries, submit your first swimmer, then print out a copy of the "Confirmation Form." Click on the "Back" arrow to return to this page and change only the information that needs to be changed for the next swimmer. Submit again. Repeat the process as many times as necessary.
